Aseniserare Justus Ade – MBA, CMC, FIMC, FCIB
Ade a certified management concultant graduated with a degree in Banking and Finance from Ogun State University and furthered his education by obtaining a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Lagos State University. He is a Chartered Banker and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a fellow of Institute of Management Consultant . He has over twenty-eight years of experience in the Nigerian banking and Consulting industry, Ade has held various management positions, starting from Societe Generate Bank, and then moving to Gateway Bank Pic, and subsequently to First Interstate Bank Plc. Throughout his career, Ade has undergone various training programs both locally and internationally, including Enterprises Risk Management by Mundi Consulting in London, United Kingdom, and Corporate Leadership Level (1) organized by ICLED Business School of Leadership & Entrepreneurship in German Town, U.S.A among others. He is currently the CEO of Royalway Consulting Bureau, Chairman of Buildomart Merchandising & Constructions Limited, Director in Eliezer Facility Managers and Associate Partner of Total Business Support International Consulting.
Ajetunmobi Folayemi Benson – BSc, MBA, ACIFCN
Benson holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and earned his MBA from Delta State University. Additionally, he is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Finance and Control. With over twenty-five years of experience in the banking sector, Benson has served in various capacities. He is recognized as a diligent Auditor and Internal Control Manager, with extensive training in Fraud Detection, Control, and IT Auditing.
Afolashade Osuntuyi – BSc, BSA, MBA
Afolashade is an experienced HR and Administrative Manager with over 15 years long career spanning hospitality, telecommunication, consulting, and recruitment sectors. She excels in shaping organizational culture, enhancing productivity, and optimizing operations, with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, budget planning, and compliance.
Adept at developing HR strategies, she holds an MBA from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, a BSc in Business Administration from Columbus International University, and a BSA in Secretarial Administration from Olabisi Onabanjo University.
Prof. Jumoke Familoni (Phd)
Jumoke is an accomplished Professor specializing in Entrepreneurship, renowned for her expertise as a facilitator. She is also a Director in ICLED School of Leadership and Entrepreneurship in German Town, U.S.A., established in collaboration with the University of Salamanca, Spain. She earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration and a Ph.D. in Management of Entrepreneurial Leadership from the University of Memphis, U.S.A.
Her areas of expertise encompass Change Management, Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and Strategic Planning.
Oladeji Abiodun Alonge
Alonge is an astute Transformation Strategist, Certified Management Consultant and Conference Speaker. He currently work as the Managing Partner of Ethos Sonia Consulting (ESC) – an innovative Business Consulting firm with focus on Market Insight/Research, Marketing Knowledge Management, Capacity Building, Experiential Marketing and Business Advisory/Strategy Formulation. He is a C – suite level Executive with about Thirty (30) years’ experience across industry and sectors– Food, Manufacturing, Retailing Services, Agribusiness, Financial Services and Business Consulting with a wide geographic footprint
